Buying and Selling Strategies

A review of property assets can identify opportunities to make better use of your property portfolio, which in turn may lead to a requirement to buy, sell or rent premises.  Will has considerable experience of advising clients and helping co-ordinate the process on their behalf.

Will is familiar with the pros and cons of each method of sale (auction, private treaty, formal/informal tender) but not beholden by corporate policies to follow a particular method regardless of the Client’s context.

Will’s approach is to understand the Client's objectives and then tailor the disposal strategy to fit the overall aims and objectives.   Will would then organise and co-ordinate the disposal, prepare particulars and marketing details and keep the Client updated on progress.  Finally, working closely with Client’s solicitors/advisors negotiate best terms and close the deal.

Charity Act Disposals

Special requirements apply to disposals by Charities where the process is regulated by the requirements of the Charities Act 2011.  Will is familiar with the requirements of the Act and has the necessary experience to undertake Qualified Surveyors’ Reports.  He can advise and implement a strategy to suit the Charity's objectives.
